All rates above include GST and are priced at calendar days, excluding the following:

• All school holidays.
• The Christmas holiday period.
• Other periods may occur also, please check with us.

Deposits and other associated costs

• A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the vehicle is not returned in reasonable condition.
• Charging of such fee will be at the manager’s discretion.
• The vehicle must be returned with the toilet emptied, otherwise a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.

Deposits and booking numbers for hires with a credit card can be made over the phone and all credit card information will be treated with strict confidentially.

Traffic Infringements
We reserve the right to charge the renter for any speeding or parking fines and/or accidents not reported on return of the vehicle. ($35 admin fee will apply per fine.)

Cancellation Fee
The fees for any cancellation are as follows:

A $75.00 cancellation administration fee will apply to all cancellations plus:

• 24 - 6 Days before hire a fee of 15%, of the hire is charged.
• 5 - 0 Days including No Show will occur a fee of 100%, of the hire payable.
• A hire is termed a hire, and if a vehicle is brought back early, no money will be returned.
